to join our talented Ready to Wear and Bag & Accessory team in HQ Herttoniemi/Helsinki!
As a Product Developer Assistant, you make our daily workflow smoother and free up time for the team to focus on developing great products and building new business. You work closely with Product Development, Global Merchandising, Sales and Marketing team. You will succeed in the role if you have previous understanding of the supply chain and it´s processes, good interaction and problem-solving skills and proactive and precise approach towards work. You should be familiar with working in global environment and managing multiple tasks at the same time. You use various systems efficiently and handle routine tasks quickly.
This is a temporary full-time role lasting 14 months starting 1st August 2023. You will report to Head of Category.
Your key responsibility is to support your team in wide variety of tasks.
Main responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating product information
- Supplier cooperation
- System support for subcontractors
- Managing photo and SMS samples
- Creating product catalogues for Sales
Qualities of an ideal candidate:
- Educational background, preferably at least a degree from a university of applied sciences
- Professional experience in the field of purchasing/manufacturing/product development/operations
- Team player with excellent communication skills (in English as well)
- Capable of own initiative work approach
- Flexible, accurate and diligent in operations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team worker and people person
- Manages schedules well and knows what to prioritize to meet deadlines.
It´s seen as an advantage if you have experience of using Team Center and Dafo
