We are looking for an IT Service Manager, Facility to join our development minded IT function!
We are looking for an IT Service Manager, Facility with experience in managing IT services, particularly related to Facility IT systems. The IT Service Manager, Facility position is new in our organization. You will be the pioneer in this role and have to build alliances between different departments and locations. As IT Service Manager, Facility, you will be part of a team that manages the IT infrastructure for the whole Paulig Group. The IT Infrastructure team will support you in building these alliances. Important part of the work is also be involved in the development of IT services for all Paulig Group locations and countries. You will perform and manage development actions as well as changes in our rapidly developing international IT environment.
Your job responsibilities include:
- IT service management for the IT part of Facility systems for the whole Paulig Group. These include but are not limited to:
- CCTV
- Climate control
- Access & time management
- Burglary alarm
- Reception/visitor management
- Contribute to Vendor management (service contracts, service monitoring and SLA)
- Project management (for selected projects)
- License management for services under your responsibility
- Service cost control
- Business relationship management
- Coordination for device life-cycle management for your area
Deep technical IT knowledge is not mandatory, though it is an advantage. While the position is mainly focused on service management, it also offers the possibility for hands on IT work.
Facility management is currently operated independently in the Paulig Group countries, but you would have the opportunity to bring the different countries closer together. There are a lot of synergy benefits to be gained by sharing the experiences in this area in the Paulig Group.

- Basic Cloud technology knowledge, especially Microsoft Azure

Working proficiency in English is required to succeed in the role. Other language skills are a plus. The position is permanent, and your location can be in Finland or Estonia. In this role, you report to René Werkman (IT Manager, End User Computing) who is in Belgium. Your other team members in the EUC team are located in different Paulig Group countries.
