Bartender
to our Sky Room Bar in Clarion Helsinki

Your main task as a Bartender is to take responsibility for our guests satisfaction and guarantee that they are served with the utmost passion and high quality products. Part of the position is to participate in product development. Position is part-time. You work together with the rest of the team and lead by example. Your days consist of taking responsibility for your shift and overseeing the daily operations.
The skills needed for the position are a minimum 2 years of experience in similar kinds of work tasks. You communicate with Clarion Tone of Voice and you want to create a special experience and a long lasting feeling to each individual guest. As a person you strive for continuous improvement of service level and don’t hesitate to suggest, try and test new things. Table serving and surprising the guest come naturally from you. The right attitude rocks! You also understand what ”there is no I in the team” means. You have the ability to spread your positive energy and attitude even in tough situations.
Fluent Finnish and English are required, all other language skills are seen as an advantage. We also highly appreciate first aid and fire safety knowledge. The working hours within this job are mainly during evenings and weekends.
