We are looking for a Services Sales Development Manager to join our friendly team of professionals in Helsinki!

The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: takes account for Hiab Services sales development, lead the linking customer lifecycle, segmentation and data driven insights while also driving the business development and performance management culture of CSC’s, dealers and importers.

Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Responsible for development of Hiab parts sales success in line with growth ambitions
  • Support CSC’s with the introduction of new Services products and campaigns into the market
  • Training/coaching on sales, sales tools and value proposition and offering with CSC’s and dealer network
  • Continuous development of sales tools and sales support materials for the sales network
  • Support division specific aftermarket business development activities (e.g. Effer, TLS)
  • Drive Hiab CSC’s and dealers to adapt the way of working in line with the lifecycle approach and services sales opportunities generated
  • Strategic support in the mapping of market share and offering selection.

What you’ll need to succeed


Education:

  • Typically university (degree) level (technical and/or business).

Experience:

  • 5-10 relevant knowledge and experience
  • Multiple year’s experience in on road load handling systems (or similar heavy equipment)
  • Experience in multinational working environment
  • Experience in working in customer interface
  • Experience in handling product and product business in different life cycle stages
  • Hands-on commercial experience.

Competencies:

  • Expert/Mastering, has in depth knowledge and skills covering all aspects in the area of services business. Is considered a role model and expert in the area of spare parts sales, works typically on tactical level. Coaches/mentors others
  • Business and commercial acumen with strong customer skills
  • Sufficient technical understanding of product & application
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and influencing capability
  • Cross functional collaboration skills
  • Presentation, oral & written skills.
