For our Gastrointestinal (GI) team in Finland, we are looking for a new Key Account Manager who will join us to utilize Takeda’s GI product portfolio and maximize patient outcomes. As our new KAM you will primarily be covering the Southern region, where you will be driving value-based account and stakeholder management by understanding the customer needs and establishing projects in co-creation with the health care providers.

Your primary responsibilities will be to

  • Create and execute the account plans with the support of the cross functional team.
  • Understand your account in depth and communicate in-field intelligence on customer insights, external stakeholder activities and trends to the key internal stakeholders
  • Support and advise health care professionals on the correct use of Takeda product and service portfolio

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong communicator with excellent project management skills, and you will have a good understanding of how to translate digital tools and data insights to benefit our customers.

Ideal background and previous experience would include:

  • Relevant education in the field of science, commercial or health care
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in managing customer relationships in specialty care
  • Account management experience
  • Preferred location is in the South of Finland (Greater Helsinki region)
  • Knowledge of GI is a plus
  • Written & spoken Finnish and English
