Are you ready to be a global Product manager for a portfolio of pipettes and ClipTip tips product lines?
- Serve as product champion with internal partners, regional teams!
- Lead the product life cycle from inception to obsolescence and develop, lead, supervise and implement product line strategies, business plans and product roadmaps. Own and deliver new product development and sustaining programs product manager deliverables, e.g., voice of customer, business plan, financial analysis! Create and communicate product change notifications
- Provide sales forecasting. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams on capacity expansion programs, and other day to day activities. Drive revenue targets to gain market share. Lead product pricing and margin together with Business Development Managers
- Develop training, application and informational material with Market Development, marketing and commercial teams. Create relevant marketing and technical content on web, print, collateral and more in collaboration with Marketing and Market Development Management. Analyze, interpret, and report out regularly in regard to applications, market trends and competition
- Participate customer complaint process by providing technical support and business input for replacement decisions as necessary
- Support Product Managers in following areas: Collect and analyze application and use case data related to the portfolio and develop processes to store and share the data. Actively participate in product change process, and help develop and maintain product support documentation and processes. Build product and sales training material
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- A degree in relevant life sciences, business or marketing field, MBA desired
- 3+ years’ professional experience in life science product management, marketing, application, sales, application or customer support function
- Work autonomously and work on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
- Work effectively in a multinational matrix management structure and partner seamlessly
- Good problem solving and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record to make sophisticated decisions in ambiguous circumstances
- Experience with forecasting and data analysis skills, creating and conducting training and with liquid handling products is helpful
