As one of our Territory Managers for our core brand you work in both specialty care and primary care. You will have the freedom to create new ways to cooperate with your customers and make a difference to improve patients’ lives. In addition, you will be responsible for achieving the defined sales objectives by cultivating local strategic partnerships with customers and accounts and creating value added offers that bring engagement with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and experts.
This is a field-based role requiring frequent travelling within the North and Central Ostrobothnia (Oulu) area of Finland.

- Define and execute the agreed sales action plan
- Achieve and preferably exceed financial and non-financial targets
- Work independently and as part of the regional team
- Work cross-functionally with medical department, marketing, HCA and Customer Project Manager
- Develop pre- and post-call plans to meet and build discussion around HCP needs
- Communicate and exchange medical and scientific information with health care professionals
- Maintain and utilize exceptional product knowledge and highly effective selling skills.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:
- You have highly effective selling skills and you get things done in order to build strong relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to better understand their needs
- At least 1-3 years of sales experience (in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment)
- Preferably education from the field of Business Administration, Healthcare or similar
- An existing network and expertise in the therapeutic area (Diabetes/Heart Failure/Kidney Disease) is a plus
- You enjoy working in team environment as well as independently Interest in digital sales tools and in discovering new ways to make the best use of these tools
- Excellent command of Finnish and ability to work and communicate effectively in English is required
- Valid Driver's License as well as a positive attitude is a must.
